Clean, well maintained 4 bedroom 3-1/2 bath house in a great neighborhood one mile from Rt 1 and Campus Drive. One block from beautiful... off-street bike path that goes right to UMD.
The 2 other tenants on second floor are grad students at UMD. Undergrad in basement room.
Very popular taco restaurant and shops a block away. Lidl - huge, great grocery store is two blocks away. Beautiful Lake Artemesia natural area is a short walk away. Exterior shed for bikes, etc. Plenty of parking. There is a very large, modern kitchen, living room, back patio, and a large grassy community garden out back. New central air conditioning, new 50 gallon gas hot water heater, new roof and siding, new carpet, updated kitchen with new gas range and dishwasher. Utilities are about $80/month per person. I am not a large business, I am a semi-retired carpenter and I am very responsive to any problems. I live nearby and I am easy to reach and I always come within 24 hours if you have any issues. I will always maintain the house and offer a nice and clean house.Inspected and licensed by the city of College Park.
