Hi! I am looking to transfer my lease for a unit in the 4x4 apartment in Courtyard Building 6.
The apartment is very clean, and I will be leaving my mattress foam topper if you would like, and so everything is in great condition.
1. Bedroom Each of... the 4 people has their own private bedroom, and each bedroom comes with a closet and an attached bathroom. You’ll also find a dresser, desk, chair, bed, and nightstand in each room. You won’t hear any noise from other rooms, making it very comfortable. There is also a mini-fridge that is in the room.
2. Fully Furnished The unit comes fully equipped with the following appliances: Refrigerator Washing machine Dryer Oven Microwave Dishwasher * The living room and kitchen are shared
3. Apartment Amenities UMD Shuttle Bus stops (105, 116) are just a 1-2 minute walk away Courtyards gym, study space (free printing available), and outdoor pool
