Furnished Bedroom for Rent

Dimensions (sans closet): 9'3" (2.82 m) x 13'11" (4.24 m), 126 sqft (11.7 m^2).

The room has two large windows and a closet. It is furnished with a full bed (with under-mattress storage compartment) and matters, and swivel chair. There are options...
for a desk, but previous tenants preferred to get their own desk.

The room has two closets, as shown in photos, and is furnished with a twin bed & mattress, work desk, adjustable standing lamp, and a cushy swivel chair. The room is pretty spacious and has lots of storage space.

Rent: $800/mo + utilities (usually around $45/mo, up to about $120 once every three months with the quarterly water bill), paid month-to-month (no long-term lease). Important: 2-month advance notice required before leaving.

Other inhabitants: my wife, Kristina, I, and our daughter, Kira, occupy the top half-story. Anna (History grad student) and Mike (retired writer) rent the two neighboring rooms. There is also a cat, Puma (see photo); petting and playing with her is free and encouraged. Environment is clean, we have a cleaning duty rotation which the incoming tenant will take part in.

Shared spaces:
There is a spacious living room (w/ shared TV) & dining room areas), and a shared large-ish kitchen. Tenants split one fridge, my wife & I have our own separate fridge, likewise for the dish-racks.
Basement has a billiards table and mini-gym (see photos), both available to the tenants when I'm not working downstairs, as well as a laundry room (2 washers, 1 dryer) & 1/2 bathroom. The garage is on the same level as the basement living space, accessible directly from the house. Tenants use it for bike & scooter parking/storage.

Heating: gas, cooling: electric. Temperature control is central but temperature holds remarkably well both in summer and winter. All rooms have vents to fine-tune temperature. Utilities also include WiFi/Internet (Verizon FIOS) and water.

Parking situation: four-car concrete driveway, plus plenty of parking on the street for gatherings. Garage with an automatic automatic door may be used for bike or scooter storage. The garage is accessible from the house.
