Furnished Private 2-Bedroom Suite Minutes from UMD

*The listed price applies to each individual bedroom in the 2-bedroom unit.
**A discount is applied when renting both bedrooms in the 2-bedroom unit.

Come enjoy our fully furnished 2 bedroom suite located in a lush residential neighborhood a mile...
from University of Maryland, College Park. You will have private access to a basement suite with a living room and full bathroom. You will also have access to a stocked kitchenette, shared laundry area, and shared patio. The space is a great option for students, professionals, and visitors at UMD and the Washington Metropolitan Area with several accessible transportation and commuting options.
(Stocked kitchenette includes: dishes, utensils, pots, pans, tea pot, air fryer, crockpot, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, hot plate, and fridge.)

The unit: The space is an in-law suite in the basement of a single-family home with a private entrance. Both bedroom doors can be locked and two sets of entrance and bedroom keys are provided. Temperature is set at 70°F. All vents can be opened or closed. A tower fan/heater is provided in each bedroom. There is free street parking in front of the house.

Shared area: A shared stocked kitchenette and laundry area is accessible through a connecting hallway. The door between the suite and the connecting hallway can be locked from inside of the suite. From time to time, upstairs residents will enter the connecting hallway from a different door to use the laundry unit, which is located in the kitchenette, but we will never enter the 2 bedroom suite.

The neighborhood: College Park Woods is a quiet community about a mile from the University of Maryland campus. There is a park in the neighborhood with a covered picnic pavilion and athletic fields. Shuttle-UM and PG County Bus stops are at the entrance to the neighborhood. There is a walking/biking trail that connects to the UMD campus and the Anacostia Tributaries Trail System. College Park Metro Station is located minutes away (WMATA Green and Yellow Lines).
