Furnished, Renovated One-Bedroom Apartment in College Park. Utilities Included.

A freshly-renovated, furnished apartment, only a 10-minute bike ride from University of Maryland, opens onto public parks.

This apartment comes fully furnished with mattress, bedframe, dresser, lamps, dehumidifier, dining room table, dining room...
chairs, office desk, office chair, bookshelf, couch, 60-inch television, flatware, dishes, glasses, and pots & pans.

All utilities are included in the monthly rent, including electricity, heat, AC, internet, water, waste/recycling collection, and even compost collection. The apartment also includes access to a washer and dryer, refrigerator, induction stove, large countertop oven, and electric kettle.

Wooded Indian Creek Park and Lake Artemisia will be just outside your door. A pedestrian trail leads directly to the Metro and to UMD's campus. UMD's campus is a 10-minute bike ride away along those trails, and the Metro is an 8-minute bike ride away.

The apartment is the bottom floor of a two-story single family home. The apartment has direct outdoor access and a shared laundry room. Upstairs is occupied by young couple who own the property. There is a 35-pound Australian Cattle Dog who lives upstairs, spends time in the backyard, and barks at times.

Earlier move in date in min-July is negotiable.

The house is also equipped with solar panels and batteries and is capable of operating off the grid indefinitely. After an intense storm in July 2022, most of College Park lost power for 3 days, but this house never lost power thanks to its solar panels and batteries.

Potential tenants of all races and identities welcome, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
