Hi, I’m a current student at UMD looking to graduate this Fall 2024. I’m currently living at Courtyards, and I’m looking to transfer my apartment lease to another interested student for the Spring semester after I graduate! Rent is ~$870 a month,... and parking is free with registration.
The apartment available is a 4x2 (4 bedroom, 2 bathroom)— you’ll be living with 3 other girls, so a female student is preferred. Your move-in date will be sometime in January before classes start. Also, very easy access to UMD bus shuttles. Apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen, in-house washer/dryer, and has AC/heating.
