One-Bedroom Apartment in Domain College Park

This is a 1-bed 1-bath apartment in Domain College Park just off campus with features like a washer/dryer in-unit, a dishwasher, hardwood flooring in the main room (which includes the kitchen), and a kitchen island providing additional counter space.... This would be a lease takeover, so you'd be taking over my lease which currently ends on June 15th 2025 (I was told that the new tenant would be entitled to renew assuming the absence of any lease violations). Any new tenants would need to be screened and approved by the building management before we can move forward with the lease takeover process.
There was no maximum number of occupants specified in the lease, so I selected the highest number possible in making this listing. The stated rent includes the actual apartment rent and a $30 per month for trash service. I listed recycling as part of the rent as well because there's not only a trash chute conveniently on this floor, but also a recycling bin which gets regularly cleared out. The security deposit stays with the unit, so the new tenant will be entitled to any deposit refund owed whenever you end up vacating the unit, but you will also be responsible for any existing damages to the unit. Please note that you would be moving into the apartment "as-is", so no cleaning or maintenance of the unit will be performed by the building management in between me moving out and you moving in.
Regarding pets, this apartment community requires an additional pet addendum to be added to your lease, and I don't currently have one.
