South Campus Commons 5, fifth floor apartment

Hi!! My room in SSC 5 (5514A) is available for lease transfer and move-in once the Fall semester ends! So, that'd realistically be from January 1st to July 27th 2025.

There are four students in the apartment in total (4bedx2bath). This unit is on...
the fifth floor of South Campus Commons 5, and has all the amenities listed on the website. It's conveniently located close to the trash and recycling room. All three roommates are men, though I'm a trans woman and haven't had any problems. I'm clarifying this because if you ask for more pictures, you might see my purse or makeup and have questions lol.

There are two bathrooms, but you would have one shared with a roommate. Shared kitchen and living area. Each bedroom has a spacious closet with a sliding mirror door. The closet has a shelf up top. The room comes pre-furnished with a chair, bed, and dresser. I try to keep my room as neat as possible. The kitchen has the usual stuff, including a couch, coffee table & TV-type table, chairs, oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge, and a washer/dryer unit.

My roommates are also very quiet, respectful, friendly, and keep to themselves. We have a comp sci grad student, and 2 comp sci majors.

If you're a business major like me, really lazy (also like me), or a social recluse (even more like me), it's the perfect spot. It takes around 5 minutes to walk to both Van Munching and the South Campus Dining Hall.

The rent is approx. $1036 a month and includes all utilities as one convenient payment. You would also have the option of staying for the '25-26 school year.

If you have any questions, want pictures, or are generally interested, please feel free to reach out!
