Looking for a UMD student to sublease from late December 2024/early January 2025 to late July 2025. Our apartment is on the 5th floor, and was recently refinished with paint and new floors! The apartment is open concept with a big kitchen and living,... and great windows. Unlike other Commons Apartments, Commons 6 is one of the newest built and comes with great amenities, including individual unit air conditioning and heating. The apartment is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and all girls. 2 of the 4 rooms will be opening up in December so if you have a friend you would like to live with we will be able to sublease two rooms.
South Campus Commons 6 is less than a 10 minute walk to the heart of campus and most academic buildings. South Campus Commons apartments are incredibly competitive to get into since they are the cheapest apartment to lease in the College Park area and their ideal location on UMD campus.
