Hello, I am a recent UMD Masters graduate with a lovely, cozy furnished condo in Hyattsville, right near Riverdale and on Route 1. My 3 bed/1.5 condo is on the 7th floor, providing great views and allowing the sun to enter all rooms during the day as... this is an end unit. This is a quiet building with 2 elevators. There is shared laundry on each floor ($1.25/use) and I never have issues with waiting for a washer to open up. My neighbors are lovely and we take pride in our space. There is a trash chute on the floor so it's very convenient and there are recycling bins outside. Staff clean the building every weekday and they are fantastic.

This is a great space to enjoy all Hyattsville has to offer and be less than 2 miles from campus. The Trolley Trail is across the street, allowing you to bike or walk to College Park on a peaceful offset path. You will be able to enjoy Hyattsville staples like Franklins, Streetcar 82 Brewery, Busboys and Poets, Vigilante Coffee, Whole Foods, Yes! Organic, 2Fifty BBQ, Town Center Market, Taqueria Los Perez and many more, all within walking distance.

You can take UMD Shuttles or WMATA 83 on Route 1 to get to campus without a car, or take the WMATA 86 or F4 to Hyattsville Crossing Metro (or a nice 20 min walk).

The kitchen is spacious and opens into a nice dining room. The living room is large with a mounted TV. All three bedrooms have closets.
