The Courtyards at UMD, Single bedroom with bathroom for lease transfer (Building 100)

Hello, I am looking to transfer my lease for Room 116D in Building 100 of The Courtyards at UMD starting from May 25th to July 31st, 2025 and you can renew the lease for the upcoming school year. This is a private bedroom that is fully furnished and... has its own bathroom. The room is towards the back of the apartment, providing a quiet and peaceful environment to destress after classes and going out.

The apartment itself is a shared space with 3 other roommates who are nice and respectful. It comes with free utilities, including water, electric, laundry machines, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is located on the first floor which makes it easy to carry in belongings and groceries without having to climb up many stairs.

There is also convenient transportation (UMD Shuttle Bus stops (105, 116), 1-2 minute walk away), and there is a bike lane you can ride in after you cross the University Blvd intersection towards campus.

The Courtyards Clubhouse provides many amenities including a pool, gym, sand volleyball court, and open study spaces. From Building 100, it is only a 2-3 minute walk away, and the staff is very friendly.

Please reach out to me if you would like to hear more details.
