The Courtyards at UMD Spring Sublet

I am graduating in December, so I am putting my room up for sublet for the Spring semester! I have lived at The Courtyards since Fall 2022 and I have enjoyed it. I have lived in this sepcific unit since Fall 2023. I am moving out in December, so you... can move in in time for winter classes. There are 3 other female roommates, but you share a bathroom with only 1 other person. My roommates are all seniors and focused on their work. They are quiet and courteous and really great people. One roommate has an ESA bunny but she mostly stays in her own room. My other roommate is part of Terps Raising Pups and is raising a guide dog (so there's often a puppy in the apartment!). The rent is fixed and includes all utilities, you are close to the bus stop, there's a pool and gym in the clubhouse, and maintenance is always quick and helpful. If you register your car, parking is free! There is also free guest parking on the weekends and weekdays after 4pm. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove, and microwave. The kitchen and livingroom is hard floor and the bedroom is carpeted. My unit just got a new bathroom vanity. If you are interested, there is a specific subletting process through the Courtyards.
