•⁠ ⁠Rent is usually $1,200 but I got it discounted to $1,069 (excl. utilities)
•⁠ ⁠I will be moving out on December 21st, so you can move-in whenever after that
•⁠ ⁠Comes fully furnished with a living room, kitchen, and in unit washer and dryer
•⁠ ⁠Apartment building has 24/7 gym, security, study spaces, pool, and game area.
•⁠ ⁠Within 10mins walk to Lidl, 5mins walk to north area of campus and 15mins walk to south area of campus (shuttle is also available and comes quite often)
