This is a Cape Cod style house. The house is about a mile from campus and two blocks from the free University of Maryland shuttle #127 - Rhode Island. ( We text because our phones get too many spam calls....Happy to call you ...just suggest a time)... .
It has gas heat and central air. . Additionally, the overall costs of utilities and rent work with many people’s budgets. We can offer one set price per month if that helps your planning.
The house sits on the edge of the neighborhood with two new homes built across the street. Parking is still easy as we have some wooded lots on our street. The kitchen is newer, with replacement windows on the main floor and upstairs as well. The upstairs bathroom has been remodeled. There are two bedrooms on the main level and two upstairs. The basement is divided into one large bedroom with three windows, a mud room with a walk-out back door (good for bike riders etc.), a den type room for darts, TV, and a laundry room with a little extra storage.
The yard is fenced, and we cut the grass for free. I do not have the actual room sizes, but can either measure them for you or perhaps put you in touch with some of the folks staying there now.
