1-bed/1-bath + den (second bedroom) next to Petworth metro!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1bed + den + 1bath apartment in Petworth (in The Swift apartment building - 1min walk to the metro).
The apartment is on the 4th floor, facing south, very bright and energy efficient. My current...
rent is $2735/month (though it will probably increase to about $2800 or so after the lease is over at the end of July), and I am looking to move out at the end of May.
The den is quite spacious and works well as a second bedroom (I current have a queen size bed in it), but at the price of a 1-bed apartment!
The building also offers a lot of amenities (gym, rooftop with BBQs, package room, 24-hr front desk/security, helpful leasing office and maintenance, secure underground parking for ~$200/month). All the appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kitchen island, washer/dryer) come with the unit.
I would prefer someone interested in renting the apartment unfurnished and signing a new lease with the leasing office, but I would also consider short-term sublets for June-July or June-August. Note that since I am moving to a new place, I will be taking most of the furniture, but I could leave minimal furniture in the apartment for the time of the sublet (one bed, one small table, 2/3 chairs).
