We are looking for one more roommate to join our 4 bed, 3 bath house asap! You would share a spacious bathroom with our roommate, Addy. The latest lease start date is August 1st (but you could move... in anytime during August as long as the rent is covered, e.g., for students moving to the area for the fall). Rent is $825 + $150 utilities, and wifi + rental insurance are ~$20.

We love our house and this area and enjoy a balance of being social/hosting/going out and keeping a calm, warm home. We’re all in our mid-late 20s and share a love for crafting, being outside, thrifting, cooking, and exploring the area and events. I’m a relationship therapist in grad school, Julia is a recent MFA graduate and works in an art museum, and Addy works in food service nearby. We also have a sweet cat named Tiki! Our ideal roommate would be kind, tidy, and communicative, and queer- and trans-friendly. Some more details:
