Looking for 1 student to share a College Park house with current graduate students from India. The room costs $580 (excluding utilities, cable, and internet). The... lease is for August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 but can be renewed further/later on to cycle with the other leases that runs August 1st to July 31st every year. Lease can be renewed. No pets allowed.

LOCATION! LOCATION! The house is only a 5-minute walk to the University of Maryland campus. It is also close to bus stops for the University shuttle and metro bus.


The house is in peak condition and professionally cleaned once a month! This is a split-level, light-filled house with luxury vinyl and newly carpeted floors, a large bay window, skylights in the roof, and sliding glass doors.


The room for rent is on the first level, which is the first room when you come in the side entrance. There are two other rooms on this level with one full bath, a half bath, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining room.
