The... lease is for January 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 but can be renewed further/later on to cycle with the other leases that runs August 1st to July 31st every year. Lease can be renewed. No pets allowed.

LOCATION! LOCATION! The house is only a 5-minute walk to the University of Maryland campus. It is also close to bus stops for the University shuttle and metro bus.


The house is in peak condition and professionally cleaned once a month! This is a split-level, light-filled house with luxury vinyl and newly carpeted floors, a large bay window, skylights in the roof, and sliding glass doors.


The room for rent is on the first level, which has a master bedroom, two other rooms, two full baths, a living room, a large kitchen, and dining room that leads out to a large deck.


The first level has a walk-out side entrance/exit, two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a large family room, two bathrooms, and a laundry room (which is shared). The large backyard is fenced with a patio. There is no basement.
