2 available bedrooms in a lovely grad student home!

Two bedrooms available in beautiful Riverdale Park/Hyattsville home! We are looking for two clean, courteous, and responsible roommates who are LGBT+ and cat friendly. We are two mid-20s graduate students at UMD looking for two more roommates to join... our lease and home. Kasey is a PhD candidate in the school of public policy, and Julia is getting her MFA in sculpture. We both have cats -- Tiki and Momo -- two very sweet, short-haired girl cats. Our ideal roommate won't have another pet -- Tiki is very small and anxious around other cats (and we don't want a crazy cat house! lol)
Our house has a great patio, deck, and is walkable to many locations. We have a spacious yard that is ideal for gardening, volleyball, and hosting BBQs.



Larger room is $925/month and has an onsuite bathroom. Located on the second floor, and comes partially furnished with a king size bed/mattress with only 4 months of use.

The smaller bedroom is on the first floor and is $800 a month. This bedroom shares the main bathroom with the other downstairs roommate, Julia.

Utilities are $100 a month each

5min walk to the MARC Riverdale station, UMD shuttle stops, trolley trail bike path, bus stops, Town Center Market, Ethiopian food, pupusas, farmers markets, tacos, tapas, BBQ, etc.

20min walk to Vigilante Hyattsville and the Hyattsville crossing metro

Lots of street parking and a long driveway.
