2 bedrooms in spacious UMD grad student house for 25-26 school year (Aug 1) ($689, $817)

We are 3 current and recently graduated UMD students (late 20's/30's) looking to fill two bedrooms being vacated by departing comrades. Check out our roommate profile attached to this listing for more info about us. The house is large, bright,... spacious and located on a quiet street right next to campus (by Xfinity Center).

Bedroom 1 is about 194 sq.ft. and would share the bathroom adjacent to the room with one other roommate. Rent is $689/month. May be available mid-July.

Bedroom 5 is about 232 sq. ft. and gets a personal bathroom, located downstairs. Rent is $817/month. May be available 6/1.

Both rooms feature ceiling fans, step-in closets, and ethernet ports.

The common areas of the house are fully-furnished by us current tenants and feature a couple living areas, a small deck, a home office, a pool/ping pong table, a garage set up as a fitness room, a large kitchen with multiple fridges/freezers, and plenty of storage.

Utilities run on average $170/month (some months more, some months less). We also share expenses for household products (paper towels, dish detergent, cleaning supplies, soap, etc.)

Acredale Park is a few-minute walk away from the house with athletic/soccer/baseball fields, a dog park, and a pavilion. The entrance to the Paint Branch Trail walking/bike path is a 7-minute walk/2- minute bike from the house. That'll take you right to campus (by the STEM buildings) and rt. 1 or by Shoppers on Cherry Hill Rd. going in the other direction. Lidl grocery store and a number of restaurants are a 10 minute walk.
