Two rooms available in a shared 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home near UMD, starting June 1, 2026. The rooms may also be available as early as May 29. Rent is $800 per month per room.

The house includes a kitchen, shared common areas, washer... and dryer in unit, air conditioning, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, internet, and outdoor space. Internet, trash removal, and landscaping are included. Other utilities, if applicable, may be shared with the other roommates.

This is a good option for someone taking summer classes, doing research, working an internship, or looking for housing near UMD. The current lease runs until July 31, 2026, but a longer stay may be considered depending on landlord approval.
