Come enjoy our guest suite located in a lush residential neighborhood a mile from the UMD. The College Park Woods Connector Trailhead is just around the corner from our house. The trail winds along the eastern edge of the UMD campus via the Paint... Branch Trail and is used by students daily. Other nearby transportation options include the Shuttle-UM and e-scooters. We also provide bikes for guests.

Guest Access:
- PRIVATE ENTRANCE: The guest suite is in the basement of a single-family home. It has its own dedicated entrance located at the back of the home with self-check in. Two sets of keys are provided
- SHARED AREAS: Kitchenette and laundry area are accessible through a common hallway (see floor plan photo). All amenities are for guest use unless indicated otherwise (with lock or label). Occasionally, we may enter the common hallway from upstairs to do laundry or retrieve items from storage
- PRIVACY: We are mindful of our guests and seek to keep disruptions to an absolute minimum. We will never enter the non-shared areas during your stay. To ensure total privacy, the door to the common hallway can be locked from your side
