4-bed, 2.5-bath home: New HVAC, updated appliances, rent incl. utilities & high-speed internet

Looking for housemates to occupy four vacant rooms in a four-bedroom house from the end of May to the end of August. Current occupants are all male. From the house, biking to the UMD Engineering Department takes about 10 minutes with all the bike... routes on the trail. Driving to UMD takes about 6 minutes. A UMD shuttle bus stop is within 10 minutes of walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet—a good place for studying. The rent is $800 and $1000 per room per month for a 3-month lease. All utilities (electricity, gas, water, and high-speed internet ) are included in the rent.

The City of College Park permits rental property. Lead-free property.

Signing the lease would require either a cosigner or proof of financial assistance, such as loans, scholarships, or parental financial support.

A non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be charged, due at the time of application. If the applicant is accepted to sign the lease, $50 will be deducted from the first month's rent.
