A UMD shuttle bus stop is within 10 minutes of walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet—a good place for studying. The rent is $750, and $825 per month each room for a 3-month lease. All utilities (electricity, gas, water, and high-speed internet ) are included in the rent.

Signing the lease would require either a consigner or proof of financial assistance, such as loans, scholarships, or parental financial support.
A non-refundable processing fee of $50 will be charged, due at the time of application. If the applicant is accepted to sign the lease, $50 will be deducted from the first month's rent.
