It is located on 36th Ave off - Metzerott Road in College Park - a 10-15 mins walk to campus. It is also a 5 minute walk to Courtyards Exp and a 2 minute walk to Adelphi and Purple shuttle stops. The Courtyards shuttle runs every 15 minutes and Purple runs till 4 am.

All bedrooms have newly finished floors and carpets.
All bedrooms have smoke alarms. The house conforms to the city code for rental properties.

The house comes with a Washer/Dryer, Central A/C and Gas Heating. The house has two refrigerators - one at each level.
The driveway can park 2-3 cars and more off-street. The house has a shed to keep bikes.
