I bought this house when I came to UMD to do my undergrad. I rented to my friends as we went through college together. Its very special to me.

The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are very nice. There is plenty of parking available, its never... been a problem, especially since we had the driveway enlarged.

I'm pretty flexible, and I think I'm easy to work with. My current tenants would attest to that. The house fits 5 comfortably. Gas heating, plus a generator, so power never runs out, even during storms.
