Hello,

We’re looking for two housemates to join our spacious and welcoming home in College Park, MD!

This is a large, 3-level Cape Cod-style house located at 5028 Branchville Rd, College Park, MD 20740. It features:

6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.... According to PG county's rule, only 5 unrelated people can share the house.

About the rooms:
One bedroom is available on the upper floor and one bedroom with a attached bathroom.

You'll share a full bathroom with one other female tenant

The rent is $700 for the room without bathroom and $780 for the room with attached bathroom.

Utilities are split equally among housemates and typically range between $70–$100/month per person

Currently, the house is shared with two tenants on the ground floor and three others on the upper floor. The room is available because our current housemates are moving out of College Park and we’re looking for someone to take over their lease.

I can guarantee you won’t find rooms this spacious and well-located for this price in College Park. The photos listed on Zillow/Redfin are outdated, but I’m happy to send updated pictures upon request.
