6 Bed 3 Bath Spacious House

Hello!

We’re looking for two housemates to join our spacious and welcoming home in College Park, MD.

📍 Location: 5028 Branchville Rd, College Park, MD 20740

This is a large, 3-level Cape Cod-style house with 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.... Please note that, under Prince George’s County rules, the house can be occupied by a maximum of 5 unrelated tenants.

Room Availability

1. Master Bedroom – Available January 2027

Rent: $780/month

2. Upper-Floor Bedroom – Available March 2027

Spacious private bedroom
Shares a full bathroom with one other female tenant
Rent: $700/month

The rooms are becoming available because the current tenants will be moving out of Maryland, so we are looking for new housemates to take over their rooms/leases.

The house is currently shared by five tenants. It’s a friendly and comfortable place, and the rooms are very spacious for the price and location in College Park.
