5-bedroom, 3-bathroom standalone house with four girls looking for one more roommate for the 2026-2027 lease year! We are all UMD undergraduate or graduate students. There are three bedrooms on the upper level and two on the lower level. One of the... rooms on the upper level is the one we are seeking a roommate for; it shares a bathroom with one of the other roommates.

The house is located in the quiet College Park Woods neighborhood, super close to multiple UMD Shuttle stops and with lots of free street parking. The interior includes a living room, dining room, kitchen with appliances; an upper level with three bedrooms, one with its own bathroom and two that share a bathroom; a lower level with two bedrooms, another living room, and a shared bathroom; and a basement with an in-unit washer/dryer, an extra fridge and freezer, and plenty of storage space. There is also lots of closet space throughout the house. Besides the listed bedroom, the house is fully furnished. There is also a screened-in porch and a backyard.

There is also option to re-sign.
