Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to UMD. This home is a split level house and has two kitchens at each level, hard wood floor and washer/dryer in unit. All rooms have large windows. Lots of extra storage in the basement. Washer/dryer in unit.... Two refrigerators for sufficient food storage.

The house has a total of 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, leasing one bedroom upstairs renting for $710/month from now to July 31st. Deposit needed before move-in. Four have been rented out to UMD Junior girls and a senior boy.

Wifi and Utilities shared by tenants and typically around $80/person/month. No smoking and no pets please.

** THE HOUSE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION, VERY WELL MAINTAINED, AND IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO UMD AND A METRO AND UMD BUS STOP IS ONLY 1 BLOCK AWAY. I AM FREQUENTLY TOLD BY STUDENTS THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST HOUSES THEY'VE RENTED.
