1.4 mi (4 min drive or 10 min bike ride) to UMD... Mckeldin Library.
Metro bus C8 to UMD campus is 3 blocks away.
Five-furnished bedrooms for 5 individuals. In each bedroom: desk, chair, bookcase, bed, nightstand, chest, closet, etc.
$695 - $825 (for a master bedroom with private bathroom) per month
Security deposit is equal to one month rent
Utilities (gas, electricity, water) paid by tenants, but Verizon Gigabit internet/WiFi is included in the rent.
The house also includes: 3 full bathrooms, large living and family rooms, a full equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, two-zone air conditioning, finished basement, plenty of parking(carport and street parking) and prompt maintenance/repair service.
