Affordable rooms in nice house close to campus

Three rooms are available at 8315 Rhode Island Ave with a smaller room starting at $660 per month, and a larger ones at $700 per month. The utilities are about $120/m. The smaller room already has a single bed and a large dresser.

The house is... within a 15 minute walking distance to campus.

The house is located in a beautiful area in the Berwyn neighborhood, right next to the College Park Trolley Trail. Within a walking distance you have a Lidl store with quality produce at very low prices, lake Artemesia with a scenic trail around, and a bus stop very close to the house. The house features one bathroom, a large living room, a spacious basement, and a kitchen with a lot of storage. There is ample parking and easy bicycle access to the trail. There is also a large enclosed picnic area.

No pets/smokers please.
