Apartment in Greenbelt Station Pkwy

I am looking for a subletter for my apartment at 8115 Greenbelt Station Pkwy. The room will be available for move-in starting in early to mid-April. The lease lasts until the end of July and the subletter would have the option to join the lease at... that point.

The room has a walk-in closet and shares a bathroom with one of the other roommates. The apartment has a garage and street parking is also available. The apartment has two large living rooms, and the kitchen has modern appliances. I am attaching pictures of the apartment and the available room. Rent is $960/month, which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. The apartment is a 10–15 minute bike ride from campus and has UMD and WMATA bus stops nearby that go to campus. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. There are two other roommates who live at the apartment who are Physics PhD students at the university.
