Apartment Unit - 2 Open Rooms (South Campus Commons 6)

Hi! Our names are Rachel and Tatiana! We’re looking for two roommates to bring positivity to our apartment in the 2026/2027 school year.

Both of us are going to be seniors this upcoming year, with Rachel majoring in mechanical engineering with a... minor in history and Tatiana pursuing UMD’s pre-dental track and minoring in science and technology’s ethics & policy. As one can probably tell by our majors, we do prioritize quiet times—in the apartment--throughout the semester to study and do homework.

That being said, we do both enjoy to have fun! We’ve made it an apartment tradition to watch Dancing with the Stars every Tuesday during the fall semester and always enjoy having a nice conversation about books, movies, music, or sharing stories with each other!

We both are in and out of the apartment a lot, with Tatiana being a part of numerous clubs and organizations such as Maryland Pride and UMD’s Pre Dental Society and Rachel being involved with UMD’s Club Running team and associated intermural soccer teams. Despite us being in and out frequently, we do like keeping the apartment neat, taking turns cleaning common areas and picking up after ourselves.
