ASPEN HEIGHTS SUBLET MAY-JULY 2025

Hi, I am looking for someone to sublet my bedroom in a 4x2 Aspen Heights unit between May 2025-July 2025 (start date negotiable, must end on/before July 31)! Rent price is negotiable- there is a $300 lease transfer fee but I'm willing to... negotiate/cover that. The unit is pet-friendly and has a dishwasher, fridge, in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, trash chute, etc... The unit is also fully furnished. There is a gym in the apartment complex, game room, pool, deck, and other amenities for residents. The complex is also near the Metro and shuttle stops for transportation. Roommates will be mostly gone for the summer so you should have the unit to yourself a lot of the time. My mom and I were both recently laid off, so this would help us out tremendously :) Let me know if you're interested!
