Since moving to Atworth, the staff have been extremely kind and compassionate. Living here provides me the peace and security I've been seeking in my rental, in addition to ease of access to public transportation. The gym, pool, and community rooms are a bonus! As a young professional, Atworth is ideal for me.

This apartment is too good to be true. Yes, it looks nice and everything but the noise level is crazy and when you talk to the leasing about it nothing gets done. The parking garage fee is $75 for some residents, and I pay $225 for one car per month, making it makes sense why the inconsistency. The leasing staff is horrible very strict to the core, they are nice to you but once you sign that lease just no you won't be getting help with anything. There are so many inconsistencies with them. And... you might kiss it goodbye because you won't get it trust me, they will make you run around with no help. I regard moving this apartment, people are okay with all this mess but at the end of the day, you are the one paying for this trashy apartment. Find somewhere consistent, READ YALL LEASE BEFORE SIGNING IT!!!!
