Bedroom in luxury Geek House near UMD ($895 utilities included)

Room for rent in my approximately 5000 sq ft upscale 2016 home in a quiet cul-de-sac in College Heights, 24 minutes walk from the Whole Foods Market and 26 minutes walk from McKeldin Library on the UMD campus. Bedroom is about 12' x 13' square feet... plus buddy bathroom with bidet. Bed and desk included. Four other housemates including myself. Share luxury kitchen, living room, dining room, library, landscaped butterfly garden, home gym, washer/dryer, friendly kitty, large deck, basement LAN gaming computers, extensive air quality control, and geek room of boardgames. Rent covers everything with nothing extra for utilities, wired fiberoptic internet, monitored security system, monthly housekeeping service, EV charger, or big screen TV (internet streaming, no cable). No drama or noise please. Geeks especially welcome. Zoning regulations prohibit more than five unrelated adults living in the house. One month deposit. Month-by-month. No smoking in the house. For the safety of housemates, all applicants required to pass a background check ($21.95).
