This townhouse is located in a quiet residential community in located in Howard County not far... from UMD campus. You can enjoy the peace and quiet with amazing views of nature from the spacious deck!
There are 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom on the 3rd floor available for rent. Each room comes furnished with a queen bed and desk + desk chair. The shared living areas will be furnished and utilities will be shared by all roommates.
There is one parking space on the driveway available (first come, first served) and plenty of nearby free guest parking available. Each bedroom has a max of one person. Move in can start in late October.
Current roommates are one male and one female professional.
Rent: • $1160/month - Right Upstairs bedroom (~10’x11’; 108 sq. ft.): 1 bed/1 shared full bath • $1170/month - Left Upstairs bedroom (~10’x12’; 123 sq. ft.): 1 bed/1 shared full bath
REQUIRED: One month's security deposit, background check, and credit check. No pets. Flexible lease terms (between 8-12 months).
