Looking for a comfortable, quiet place to call home while you study or work in the DC area? I’m renting a furnished private bedroom with its own full bathroom in a welcoming 1,200 sq. ft. house in Hyattsville, MD.

The home includes a furnished... bedroom (bed, dresser, and closet), your own private full bathroom, and a dedicated parking space. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry with me. I work from home one day/week; the office is yours all other days. High-speed WiFi and all utilities (electric, gas, water, internet) are included in the rent.

The house is located in zip code 20782, about a 15-minute walk to the Hyattsville Crossing Metro with easy access to DC. It’s close to the University of Maryland, major hospitals and commuter routes, and in a quiet and connected residential neighborhood that's a little weird and artsy, and very diverse. I have lots of fun neighbors that do taco nights and other such fun gatherings frequently.

I occasionally board dogs in my home. The dogs are friendly and well cared for, but you’ll need to be comfortable living in a pet-friendly environment. I also have a plant addiction.
