About the Townhouse
This is the best location in the entire community — farthest from the railway and facing a large open lawn. As an end unit, it has more windows, more natural light, and a quieter setting, with green lawns and trees on three sides. We purchased the home from the original owner, whose family lived here themselves and selected all the best finishes and upgrades. After the first group of student tenants graduated, we renovated the property. We are dedicated to providing a great living environment for UMD students, and we're proud that our first tenants went on to top graduate schools and excellent companies.

· Top-floor suite — this room has its own private level starting from the third floor and up. It features a spacious private rooftop terrace and an en-suite bathroom, offering a very quiet and self-contained living space.
· Side bedroom — located on the third floor, this room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom. Each side bedroom and the shared bathroom have their own independent entrances, with no internal connection, ensuring maximum privacy. A cleaning company comes regularly to clean the common areas and the shared bathroom.

Living Spaces & Amenities
The home has four floors. The two side bedrooms are on the third floor, and just one floor down you'll find a half bath, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a balcony — the entire second floor serves as common space. The house is fully furnished with quality furniture and is move-in ready. Every bedroom comes with a bed, desk and chair, and a small cabinet; the common areas are also furnished with nice pieces. A cleaning company comes regularly to clean the common areas and the shared bathrooms, keeping the living environment tidy and hassle-free.

Tenant Requirements
All rooms are rented only to undergraduate and graduate students and faculty/staff only (So far, it has only been rented to UMD students). To maintain a quiet and focused environment for everyone, we ask that tenants do not hold parties or smoke inside the house.
