The unit is in highly desirable Greenbelt Station Community (5 minutes driving to Maryland University, UMD School Bus Stop at the gate of the community, near metro station and bus stops, near Indian Creek Trail. Walking distance to big plaza! New... buildings community. Quiet community that a state assemblyman and 2 city councilors live in the community! I recommend to search any address you’re interested in by SpotCrime+ App. According to the records: things like assault, robbery, arrest happened in this area are all far from this Greenbelt Station community.
Our townhouse ( Best location in the community- farthest from the railway, facing the huge lawn; edge townhouse-more windows & brighter & quite; surrounded on three sides by green- grass lawn & trees!) We bought this property from the first owner, whose family lived there themselves and all chose best options/quality things, then we renovated it after the first tenants graduated-last year. We’re working on providing good environment for UMD students and happy the first tenants all went to great schools/companies!
There is only 1 side bedroom available this year. This side bedroom is slightly bigger than the other side bedroom. There’s two windows in this unit, one facing huge lawn, the other one facing other side where is also green. There are four floors in the house. The two side bedrooms are on the third floor, sharing a full bathroom. The other side bedroom is signed a UMD female student. A half bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony are right downstairs as a whole public level floor. We ordered a cleaning company that comes to clean the public areas at least once a month(including the sharing full bathroom!). Bedrooms including bed, desk and chair, small cabinet, and sharing the public area- we all provide good things.) We all lend the rooms to UMD students, in order to avoid affecting student tenants, we ask the tenants do not hold parties or smoke in the house.
