Our home embraces a diverse... and inclusive environment, and we welcome tenants from all backgrounds. You'll find a mix of wonderful individuals from around the world and various walks of life here. You'll be sharing the house with other women, a mix of grad students and young professionals.

There are only three bedrooms in this two-bathroom house, so there is plenty of room to breathe among the housemates.

The rooms and home are fully furnished. The comfortable living room has a couch and TV and entry table, with original artwork on the walls. A coat closet holds your jackets and shoes. Original wood floors are preserved throughout the main floor.

The bathroom on the main floor is recently updated. It is shared with one other person, the main floor tenant (a woman).

The recently renovated kitchen on the main floor is shared by the entire household. The kitchen has cooking and eating utensils provided. Plenty of cabinet space will hold everyone's dishes and food.

Washer and Dryer are included in a renovated laundry room on the bottom floor, to share with household.

High speed FIOS Wi-Fi included. The house has central heat and AC. Utilities shared by household.

The top floor bedroom is private to that floor, and features an office or sitting area before entering the bedroom. The room comes furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed, nightstand, lamp, dresser, desk.

The shaded and grassy backyard has a stone paver patio and gorgeous new deck. Seating and tables are available for you to enjoy the space. The yard is maintained by a professional crew. 16 years of landscaping is taken care of for you.

There is plenty of shaded street parking and a driveway.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood with tree-lined streets. Most of the neighbors are families, along with other grad students nearby.

Internet included. Electricity, gas, and water are not included. This is a non-smoking house. No pets are permitted. This is not a party house.

The house is about 1.5 mile from the UMD campus down the Trolley Trail (I walked, rode my bike, or took the bus to campus), 1.5 mile from the Greenbelt metro through a pleasant neighborhood (my husband walked or rode his bike to the metro), and 4 miles from NASA Goddard down Greenbelt Road (no highway needed on your commute!). It's on WMATA and UMD shuttle routes, a block away from the bus stop.
