Courtyards 4x4 Summer Lease Transfer

Looking to sublease my place at UMD Courtyards for summer 2025. It's a 4x4 apartment in building 100 that overlooks the private community pool and clubhouse. Rent includes your own spacious bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen, dining area, living space,... and outdoor balcony.

Cost is $954 per month, but I'm flexible with duration of stay and willing to negotiate. Avaialbe from late May to late August.
