Courtyards Building 1, 4x4 Apartment, Summer Leaser Transfer

This is a 4x4 Courtyards apartment in building 1 (apt. 124B to be precise). I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the months of June and July (2025). The leasing is per bed, and my other three roommates (males) plan on staying on over the... summer; they're all pretty quiet and friendly. The unit has a refrigerator, microwave, stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Utilities are included in the rent (electricity, water/sewer, heat, internet, recycling). The apartment is located far enough away from University Blvd that you don't hear any sirens/loud music playing (apt. 124 is specifically on the side of building 1 that is facing away from the clubhouse, so it's rather quiet/tame). You get your own bedroom, which has an adjoining bathroom (see floor plan image); both have doors that lock. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, night table, dresser, and desk. Neighbors in adjacent units are exceedingly quiet.

Upon move-in you can register your car with the club house which allows you to park anywhere in lot 8 (which extends right up to the front of building 1). The clubhouse has a pool and fitness room (full list of amenities can be found on the Courtyards website). The Anacostia tributary trail system is just behind the courtyards property, which is nice for long shaded walks. In the past shuttle UM has had a route run between campus and Courtyards over the summer, but they have yet to post their schedules for this summer. Otherwise, campus is within walking distance, but I would recommend bringing a bike (the walk to regents drive garage is ~20 minutes).
