Cozy Silver Spring Home, Convenient to UMD

Two bedrooms are on the second floor and a third bedroom is in the basement- which can be used an office, or guest bedroom and is heated by space heater. There is a full bathroom on the second floor and on the basement level. I can be flexible on... the no pet rule depending on the pet! Outside the kitchen door is a large deck with table and chairs for dining or relaxing. Large fenced yard lined with flower beds and the large trees make it feel private and peaceful. There are two off street parking spaces.

My house is conveniently located directly off of 495 and University Boulevard, making it easy to get to UMD and locations around the DC area. The shuttle is a 15 minute walk to Flower Ave & Plymouth St. Stop. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, with a park down the street and Sligo Creek Park a 20 minute walk away. Safeway, Trader Joes, Starbucks, and several other restaurants are within a mile and downtown Silver Spring is two miles away. There is a public bus stop steps outside my front door to take you to either the Silver Spring (20 min) or Takoma Metro stations (15 mins).
