There is a nice driveway, ample street parking, and nice size backyard with a large deck. The house is close to UMD via Baltimore Avenue (only 7 minutes drive away), very short bike ride, and a UMD shuttle route / bus stop is available on Baltimore Avenue and also on Rhode Island Avenue, which is short walk from the house.

Utilities are not included with the rent (Tenants pay utilities separately split evenly). Landlord will provide complimentary cleaning service for common areas (living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms) with the understanding that Tenants are responsible to clean and maintain their private bedrooms and clean up after themselves.

Single occupancy (1 person per bedroom). No smoking. No pets. Security Deposit is 1 month rent.
