The FURNISHED walk-out garden suite measures approx. 15x35' (=525sqft), gets lots of sunlight and features a private entrance, private shower and private toilet, 2 wood-paneled rooms divided by the private toilet, 1 QUEEN BED, 2 closets, a 3-seater couch, a small table with 2 chairs, a FRIDGE, a MICROWAVE, some book cases, and 2 windows with a view of the pool and the gorgeous back yard.

***NO ACCESS to a full kitchen, but easy access to the laundry room and FREE STREET PARKING 20 yards from the garden suite entrance.***

LEASE REQUIREMENTS:
- Just 1 person, NO COUPLES, NO babies
- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS
- ALL nationalities are welcome
- Additional furniture NOT welcome
- Excellent rental & credit record required
