This is a GORGEOUS and HUGE remodeled, split-level single family home. This house is FULLY FURNISHED. It has gleaming hardwood floors and plenty of NATURAL DAYLIGHT. It features 3 spacious living rooms (with a flat screen TV in each), a formal dining... room, and a STUNNING fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. 2 fridges in house. Main fridge has filtered water and ice maker. Kitchen is furnished with cookware, dining and silverware, and along with glasses and mugs.

· Shared bathrooms (one bathroom on the upper and another on the lower level)

There is a nice driveway, ample street parking, and large backyard. The house is about 3-4 minutes drive to UMD via the Xfinity Center entrance, very short bike ride, and a UMD shuttle route / bus stop (#108) is available on Metzerott Street.

Tenants are responsible to pay utilities split evenly. Landlord will provide complimentary cleaning service for common areas (living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms). Tenants are responsible to clean and maintain their private bedrooms and clean up after themselves.

Security deposit is 1 month rent. Single occupancy (1 person per bedroom). No smoking. No pets.

We use RentSpree. Rental application, employment, income, credit, criminal, and eviction history check. You pay the processing fee on RentSpree and your guarantor will need to do the same.
