The living room has large flat screen TV with high speed WiFi internet, sofa, and chair. Full kitchen on main level comes complete with dish-ware and cook ware along with glasses and mugs. Dining area consists of dining table and chairs. 2 fridges in house (1 on main level and 1 in the basement). There are washer and dryer machines in the house.

Beautiful residential neighborhood. The UM Shuttle stop is a block away on Rhode Island Avenue and the house is 6 minutes drive away from campus.

Utilities are not included in the rent - meaning Tenants are responsible to pay the utilities. Split evenly among Tenants. Landlord will provide cleaning service for the common areas of the house with the understanding that tenants are still responsible to clean up after themselves and clean their bedrooms.

Single occupancy (1 person) per room. No pets. No smoking. Security deposit is 1 month rent.

Rental application, employment/income, credit, criminal, and eviction history check via RentSpree. You will pay the processing fee and your guarantor will do the same.
