Main level bedroom#1 - desk, chair, 2 dressers, closet for $740/monthly

Main level bedroom#4 behind the kitchen with dresser, large chest, desk, chair, nightstand, mobile clothes rack, 3 large windows (lots of bright natural daylight!) for $750//monthly.


2 shared bathrooms in house (one on main level and one in the basement).

The living room has large flat screen TV with high speed WiFi internet, sofa, and chair. Full kitchen on main level comes complete with dish-ware and cook ware along with glasses and mugs. Dining area consists of dining table and chairs. 2 fridges in house (1 on main level and 1 in the basement). There are washer and dryer machines in the house.

Beautiful residential neighborhood. The UM Shuttle stop is a block away on Rhode Island Avenue and the house is 6 minutes drive away from campus.

Utilities are not included in the rent - meaning Tenants are responsible to pay the utilities. Split evenly among Tenants. Landlord will provide cleaning service for the common areas of the house with the understanding that tenants are still responsible to clean up after themselves and clean their bedrooms.

Single occupancy (1 person) per room. No pets. No smoking. Security deposit is 1 month rent. 12-month Lease. Rate is slightly higher for shorter term.
