All three rooms are available for rent. Two rooms are located upstairs and two in the main floor. Incredible value for bedroom in fabulously renovated house! Fully furnished, high speed WiFi, and cable already installed. Cable HD tv box provided in... living rooms/common area only. Bedroom furnishings include: full size bed, dresser, night stand, closet with maid organizing system. The living room has large flat screen TV, and sofa! Washer and Dryer in home. The main level kitchen. Large rear deck is perfect for getting some fresh air while studying or catching up with friends! Beautiful residential neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping centers. The UM Shuttle stop is one block away. Available for the upcoming UMD school year. Landlord will pay $250 towards monthly utility bills (any overage will be split amongst the occupants). Single occupancy per room. No pets.
