The living room has large flat screen TV, sofa and chairs. There are washer and dryer machines in house. Full kitchen on main level that has been updated and comes complete with dishware and cook ware...as well as a small dining table and chairs. Gorgeous contemporary kitchenette in basement with the same supplies.

Large rear deck is perfect for getting some fresh air while studying or catching up with friends! Beautiful residential neighborhood and within walking distance to shopping centers. The UM Shuttle stop is less than a block away and Greenbelt metro is a 10-minute walk away.

Utilities are not included in the rent, meaning tenants will pay utilities separately. Utilities will be split evenly among Tenants. Landlord will provide cleaning service for the common areas of the house with the understanding that tenants are still responsible to clean up after themselves. Single occupancy per room. No pets. No smoking.
