The house is a pretty Cape Cod with big back yard in Hyattsville, a charming, small town just over the Washington DC border, founded in late 1800s.

Internet, W/D, central air, large fenced back yard, easy on-street parking. RESIDENT DOG, Benny, is cute and friendly.
