Room to rent in shared house in Hyattsville. Very close to UMD College Park and DC. 7-minute walk to metro.

Room is newly painted and has hardwood floors, French doors, four windows with lots of light, fireplace (non-working), and built-in... bookshelves. You share bathroom with two others.

House also includes cute dog, Benny.

All within blocks: UMD Shuttle, Metro, supermarkets, gym, restaurants, cafe, movie theater, etc.

Housemate pays rent ($650), security deposit ($650), share of utilities, and one-time, move-out cleaning fee ($75).

The house is a pretty Cape Cod with big back yard in Hyattsville, a charming, small town just over the Washington DC border, founded in late 1800s.

Internet, W/D, central air, large fenced back yard, easy on-street parking. RESIDENT DOG, Benny, is cute and friendly.
