Ground floor 2 bedroom large apartment

This is a house with two units. Only the ground floor apartment is available and for rent. No one lives upstairs. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Beltsville, it's private with a private driveway and front yard. This place comes... unfurnished with 3 furniture pieces that come with the apartment and cannot be removed (one big wooden table, one large wooden cabinet piece that can be used as storage and one large wooden bookcase that can be moved into a bedroom or the living room or sunroom).

This apartment features one large sunroom with two small skylights, windows all around and a fireplace. This room can be used as a living room or dining room or both. There's a smaller room inside that could also serve as a living/dining room leading to the kitchen bar and a large kitchen with an oven, microwave and brand new refrigerator. There is one bedroom and a second room that could be used as an office or a second bedroom with some shifts. Each room has a closet. The apartment has two entrances and a full bathroom. Laundry closet and another two large closets in the back plus two smaller closets for extra storage.

This apartment is perfect for a couple or an individual that can use the one bedroom and use the additional space for an office. The perfect tenant would need a car. The public bus stop is on powder mill road or route one but it does entail a walk. Cats are allowed but no dogs allowed. The rent is $1600 per month due one the 1st of the month. Utilities are not included in the rent and owner will help transfer them over to tenants. Available for long term lease after 6 months of review period.
