House close to campus

We are looking for two more roommates to live with us for next year! We have one bedroom on the first floor and we have another bedroom in the basement with a half bath. The first floor bedroom is $675/month (not including utilities) and the basement... bedroom is $800/month (not including utilities). The basement room is the most private room in the house, includes the half bath, and has a bit more closet space than the first floor bedroom. Our house is located in a very quiet neighborhood (mostly families). We are a 10 minute drive to campus and a 10 minute walk to the metro. We have plenty of street parking and a driveway to fit one car. Unfortunately, our landlord does not allow pets in the house :(
